What It Does on the Body
The structured sweetheart bodice defines the waist before layers of tulle open into a full A-line skirt. Lace appliqués extend beyond the bodice and scatter onto the skirt, softening the transition between the fitted top and airy volume below. The off-the-shoulder straps sit lightly across the upper arms and can be removed when a clean strapless neckline is preferred.
Two Necklines in One Gown
The detachable lace straps make a noticeable change without altering the gown itself. Wear them off the shoulders to continue the lace beyond the bodice and create a softer frame around the neckline, then remove them for a classic strapless sweetheart look. The scrolling lace remains concentrated through the bodice while the appliqués become lighter as they move into the tulle skirt.
