Dimitra Designs, is a full service bridal and special occasion salon serving Upstate South Carolina since 1995. Dimitra Designs is well-know for having a largest selection of bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses, mother-of-the-bride dresses, flower girls dresses, tuxedo, bridal accessories, special occasion dresses such prom, pageant and quinceañera. There is no sales tax for out of the state sales.
RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL because they are specially ordered for you, our customer. Like all other website retailers of the formal industry that sell dresses for special occasions, we do not accept returns or exchanges (see below for exceptions). This return policy applies only to internet orders and must be handled through our interne customer relations team. This policy cannot be handled at our physical brick and mortar location.
You purchase a dress that is made by a designer; and it is specially ordered for you. Since your purchase is a special order in the style, size and color of your choice, we cannot return it to the designer. The formal industry designers have an All Sales Are Final Policy. - Credits or returns after the wear date will not be accepted, regardless of any special circumstances.
- Sale and clearance items are marked-down items from our own inventory hat are sold-as-is. No returns or exchanges on these items.
- Items marked as final sale are not returnable.
We carefully inspect each item that is shipped from our store, to make sure that it is the style, size, and color that you ordered, free of damage or defect.
We will accept your return or exchange if we sent you the wrong item, your order is shipped to the wrong address, or when we are unable to redeliver your dress in time for your event. However, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your purchase. We will issue a return authorization number that will allow you to return to us, the purchased item in its original package and in its original condition. Exchanges are subject to item availability. Please Note: Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 3 business days of your receipt, and/or missing a return authorization number will be returned to you at your shipping expense.
When we receive your package, we will inspect your item, check the style, color, measure for size accuracy, etc. Returned items must not have been worn, washed, or altered; they must have all original tags attached to them and must be in their original packaging. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or any other damages will be return to you.
If the items is incorrect or defective, we will inform the designer and you will be issued a repair or replacement as quickly as possible. If there is no time for repair or replacement before your wear date, you will have the option to exchange or return the item.
If the item is correct, we will return it to you at your expense. You will not be reimbursed for any purchase costs, shipping costs, and will be charges de additional shipping fees to return the item to you.
In rare circumstances, we may choose to approve a return or exchange on an item. In such a case, we will accept the returned item for refund of the purchase price minus a 50% restocking fee or a exchange for a refund of the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee.
