What It Does on the Body
Stretch Crepe allows this silhouette to follow the body through the waist and hips while maintaining a smooth, fluid finish. Diagonal ruching crosses the bodice and continues into the waist, creating movement across the otherwise clean fabric. The skirt stays close through the hips before gradually opening toward the hem and train rather than creating volume at the waist.
The Draping Is the Detail
There is no lace, sparkle or beading needed to give this gown dimension. The off-the-shoulder bands cross into the softly ruched bodice, creating overlapping lines that change as they move across the figure. Below the waist, the crepe is intentionally left smooth, letting the shape and movement of the fabric take over.
