How It Moves
The layered tulle creates volume without the structure of a ball gown, allowing the A-line skirt to move freely from the waist. A wide horsehair hem gives the edge definition and helps the sheer train hold its shape, while glitter tulle creates a soft shimmer beneath the appliqués.
