Fit & Construction Details
Lucinde uses the firmness of Lyric Mikado to hold the skirt away from the body and maintain its ball gown shape. An inner corset supports the strapless bodice, while beaded lace is concentrated across the upper gown before extending selectively onto the skirt. Pockets disappear into the fullness, and the covered buttons create a continuous center line down the back toward the hem.
What You Notice First
Lucinde does not cover its Mikado in lace. Instead, the motifs are placed where they can stand apart against the smooth fabric, leaving broad sections of the skirt visible between them. The detachable cap sleeves continue that same combination across the shoulders, giving you an off-the-shoulder option without introducing a different fabric or embellishment.
