Are Bridal Appointments Free and What’s Included?

Many brides often ask: Are bridal appointments free? Will I need to pay more? We cannot speak for every boutique as policies vary.

At Dimitra Designs, we offer two appointment options: our Standard Bridal Appointment and our Exclusive VIP Bridal Experience.

Standard Bridal Appointments

• Monday – Friday: Complimentary
• Saturday & Sunday: $50 reservations fee

Weekend appointments require a credit card to reserve your time. The $50 fee is refunded the Monday following your appointment. A cancellation fee applies if you do not attend or cancel less than 48 hours in advance.

Appointments can be conveniently booked online up to two months in advance. Our online booking calendar displays available days and times so you can plan with confidence.

During your standard appointment, your bridal consultant guides you through gown selection, explains proper fit, discusses alterations, and helps you shop intentionally. Most brides find their dream gown within one to three focused appointments when working with an experienced stylist.

VIP Bridal Experience - $350

For brides who want a private, elevated celebration, our VIP Experience offers the entire store reserved just for you and your guests.

This two-hour appointment includes:

• A senior bridal consultant with over 20 years of expertise
• A pre-appointment phone consultation to understand your vision
• Pre-selected gowns curated just for you
• Styling coordination for your full bridal look, including mothers, bridesmaids, and tuxedos
• Champagne, charcuterie, and sweets
• A special bride’s gift

Available Sundays at 12:00 PM, or 4:00 PM and on Thursdays at 5:00 PM. Additionally, up to 7 guests are included (additional guests may incur a fee) and $100 of your VIP fee is applied toward your wedding gown purchase.
