The corset construction shapes the bodice before the organza opens away from the waist into a full A-line. Unlike softer tulle, organza gives the skirt enough body to maintain its volume while still allowing movement. Choosing the lined bodice adds coverage behind the lace, while the unlined option makes the corset construction more visible.
